A Hard Day's Work

this was a busy day for Monkey. after playing, jumping and oh powdering his ENTIRE room, our busy, little Monkey was all tuckered out. yes, he got a hold of the baby powder and decided to powder oh, his trucks. his books. his photo album. his bed and his little "baby bear's" bottom - which as you can see, is sleeping right next to Monkey. it's rough being two.

i don't know why, but Mucus really likes to put things in his mouth and crawl around. it doesn't matter what it is. but he does this with anything and everything that can fit in his mouth.

Dinnertime

I don't know what it is about SPAGHETTI that kids love, but Monkey loved it when he was around 10 months old and now it's Baby Mucus' turn. I didn't think that he would enjoy it much, being that he is such a PICKY eater. But he really liked it PLUS it kept him quiet and occupied long enough for me to enjoy my dinner. It was a bit messy, but that just makes for cuter pictures.


At first, he was playing peek-a-boo with the noodles - this is how they ended up on his head. Of course I had to run for my camera to capture the kodak moment.

i don't want to seem like i'm playing favorites, so i thought that i would post a picture of Monkey. inside our living room is a small play structure. which in Oregon is a MUST. especially during our lovely, long winter. we've thrown a blanket over it to create a fort and the boys LOVED it! Here's Monkeyboy practicing his smiles.

We turn our backs for just a second and this is what happens. Monkeyboy has fed Mucus something blue. oh the trouble these two will get themselves into.
